Business hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 Central European Time, excluding Dutch public holidays. Response times above are targets for a first human reply, not for resolution.
Reporting a security issue
Write to security@awow.io with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please give us a reasonable period to investigate and issue a fix before publishing. We do not currently run a paid bounty programme, and we will credit reporters who ask to be credited.
Status and incidents
AWOW is in build and has no general availability release, so there is no public status page yet. Design partners are notified of incidents affecting their estate directly, through the contact named in their agreement.
