Terms of use

Last updated 27 July 2026 · applies to the awow.io website

About this site

awow.io is operated by Vergence B.V., Fornheselaan 254, 3734 GE Den Dolder, the Netherlands, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 96476133. These terms govern your use of this website. Use of the AWOW product is governed by a separate customer agreement and not by this page.

Content

This site describes a product in active development. Statements about what the product does describe our current intent for that product, not a commitment to deliver any particular capability on any particular date. Figures shown as examples illustrate the format of the product's output and are not measurements of any customer's estate. We may change the site, and the product it describes, at any time and without notice.

Waiting list

Joining the waiting list places you under no obligation and gives you no contractual right to access the product. We may close the list, change the order in which we contact people, or decline to offer access, at our discretion. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to privacy@awow.io.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute unlawful material. We may withdraw access where use breaches these terms.

No warranty

The site is provided as it stands. To the extent permitted by law, Vergence B.V. accepts no liability for damage arising from use of this website or reliance on its contents.

Intellectual property

The AWOW name, the mark, and the content of this site belong to Vergence B.V. unless stated otherwise. Photographic and drawn material on this site is public-domain or CC0 work; credits are listed at /img/CREDITS.json. Where we publish any part of the awow methodology as open source, the licence shipped with that code governs it, and nothing on this page narrows the rights that licence grants you.

Third-party names

Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Databricks and MLflow are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use here is descriptive and does not indicate any endorsement of AWOW by those companies.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date above tells you when it last changed.

If part of this fails

If any provision of these terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the invalid part is read as the closest valid provision to what it intended.

Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the Rechtbank Midden-Nederland in Utrecht, except where mandatory law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
